目的:探讨3D打印教学模型在脊柱外科教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2015级八年制临床医学生50名,随机分为两组,对照组应用传统教学,实验组应用3D打印教学;比较两组出科成绩、教学体验指标及教学满意度情况;应用SPSS 22.0对研究数据行n t检验。n 结果:实验组出科成绩高于对照组(n P<0.05);实验组各项教学体验指标评分均高于对照组(n P<0.05);实验组满意率高于对照组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:3D打印模型教学可显著提高学生的理论知识考核评分及手术设计方案评分,提高教学效果及学生的满意程度。“,”Objective:To explore the application effect of 3D printing teaching model on spinal surgery teaching.Methods:A total of 50 eight-year clinical medical students of Batch 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Traditional teaching mode was used in the control group and 3D printing teaching model was used in the experimental group. The performance of graduation from the department, teaching experience indicators and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. SPSS 22.0 was used for n t test.n Results:The performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (n P < 0.05). The scores of teaching experience indicators in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group ( n P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (n P < 0.05).n Conclusion:3D printing teaching model can significantly improve students' theoretical knowledge assessment and surgical design evaluation, and improve the teaching effect and students' satisfaction.
