目的采用HPLC法测定金酸萍胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法采用Waters C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),检测波长254 nm。结果大黄素的回归方程为:Y=3.149×10~3X-3.687×10~3(r=0.9994),0.232~1.86μg大黄素与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.52%,RSD=2.04%(n=6),精密度和重复性的RSD分别为2.09%、1.64%(n=5)。结论所用方法灵敏度高、结果准确、重复性好,可用于金酸萍胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of emodin in Jin-Li-Ping Capsules by HPLC. Methods Waters C 18 column (150 mm × 3.9 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15), the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min -1 , Detection wavelength 254 nm. Results The regression equation of emodin was: Y = 3.149 × 10 ~ 3X-3.687 × 10 ~ 3 (r = 0.9994). The linear relationship between 0.232 ~ 1.86μg emodin and peak area was good with the average recovery of 97.52% 2.04% (n = 6). The RSDs of precision and repeatability were 2.09% and 1.64%, respectively (n = 5). Conclusion The method used has high sensitivity, accurate results and good repeatability. It can be used for quality control of Jin-Li-Ping Capsules.
