对陆地棉不同种质 (品种 )的各世代群体 (P1,P2 ,F1,F2 ,BC2 ,BC1)的抗性遗传研究表明 ,以中等致病力黄萎病菌系川V8接种 ,中棉所 12及Mo - 3的黄萎病抗性表现为一对显性基因控制 ,而川 2 80 2的抗性则受 2对显性基因控制 :以强毒力落叶型菌系苏Vl3接种 ,川 2 80 2的抗性同样能有效遗传 ,且呈显性 ,其抗性表现明显异于中棉所 12。
