最近研究表明,性激素、GH和Sm-C在促进人体生长发育中存在着复杂的相互作用。雌激素用于治疗发育迟缓的Turner综合征女孩,其血浆Sm-C升高抑或降低、有利还是有弊,目前仍无统一见解。本文以8名Turner征女孩为对象,探讨短期大剂量和长期小剂量雌激素对其血浆Sm-C水平和生长率的影响。 8名女孩年龄10岁8个月~14岁9个月。其中4人的核型是45,XO;其余4人为45,XO/46,XX、45,XO/46,Xr(X)、45,XO/46,Xi(X)和45,XO/46,XY。骨龄延迟,身高低于同龄女孩2~6 SD。病人入院首先作大剂量试验。1.25~
