The purpose of redefining the SI is to make it adaptable to the future. If we consider SI as the basis for measuring all quantities, we hope this foundation will remain strong in the future. When a system withstands the unexpected pressure, it may crack. When we demand that measurements continue to achieve higher accuracy, or when measurements are carried out in extreme environments, our unit system will be under great pressure if the units of measure were not taken into account at the beginning of the definition.
