人力资源管理自20世纪初从欧美引入我国后,由于东西方在思维方式和行为逻辑以及我国企业所处内外部环境和文化背景方面的差异,使得很多西方管理理论和方法在我国企业管理实践中出现了“水土不服”的现象。探索符合我国企业特点的人力资源管理模式成为学界亟待解决的问题。文章从“和谐管理理论”出发,在借鉴西方人力资源管理理论和方法的基础上探讨了作者对于和谐管理的认识以及基于和谐管理的企业人力绩效在企业实践中所应当注意的问题。希望为绩效管理工作提供新的思路。对企业人力资源的和谐管理提供一些有用的借鉴。
Since the beginning of the 20th century, human resource management was introduced into our country from Europe and the United States, many western management theories and methods have been applied in the practice of enterprise management in our country due to the difference of thinking mode and behavioral logic between East and West and the internal and external environment and cultural background of our country. Appeared “acclimatized ” phenomenon. It has become an urgent problem for the academic circles to explore the human resource management mode in line with the characteristics of our country’s enterprises. Based on the theories and methods of human resources management in the West, the article explores the author’s understanding of harmonious management and the problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of enterprises based on the harmonious management of manpower performance. Hope to provide new ideas for performance management. It provides some useful references for the harmonious management of human resources in enterprises.
