为进一步提高锻炼获得的热习服水平,在行军和越野单项锻炼的基础上,采用了高温下行军、越野联合锻炼的方法,现在了对耐热效果的影响。8名青年男子在于球温度(Td)32.7±1.5℃、三球温度指数(WBGT)28.4±0.8℃室内进行模拟行军、越野联合锻炼90min,每天1次,2周内共锻炼10~12次。结果显示,直肠温度可降低0.61℃,心率减少8.5b/min,出汗量减少0.220kg,PSI降低0.620,收缩压和舒张压分别略有增、减,脉压和每搏量增大,每分量受心率影响以至锻炼中稍降而锻炼终增加.高温(37℃)踏车标准试验证明,锻炼期后以上各项指标较锻炼期前都呈现明显改善,说明联合锻炼提高了机体对更高热浪的应激能力。联合锻炼获得的热习服水平不仅显著优于同等锻炼时间和次数的单项行军锻炼,在体温调节、心血管功能和延长耐热时间等方面较之单项越野锻炼也有明显改善。
