由于经济的快速发展,随之而来的是人们日益增长的对知识服务和社会信息的需求。而图书馆作为一个知识信息的资源中心,其拥有丰富的出版物、藏书和各类专业书籍。与此同时,图书馆的日常工作所积累的工作经验和管理制度,是服务于社会公众的基础和保障。图书馆作为非盈利机构,其宗旨就是尽全力为社会公众去服务,客户的满意和信任是其最终的目标。因此,在对社会公众服务的过程中,图书馆应当提升自身的服务质量和价值,从而实现服务社会公众的社会价值。
Due to the rapid economic development, there is a growing demand for knowledge services and social information. The library as a resource center for knowledge and information, which has a wealth of publications, books and all kinds of professional books. At the same time, the work experience and management system accumulated by the daily work of the library are the foundation and guarantee for serving the public. As a non-profit institution, its purpose is to make every effort to serve the general public. Customer satisfaction and trust are the ultimate goals. Therefore, in the process of serving the public, libraries should improve their service quality and value so as to realize the social value of serving the public.
