后进生是指学业成绩和思想道德较差的学生,在课堂上主要表现为不专心听讲、随意影响别人的学习、提问不举手、课前不预习、课后不复习、不作作业和考试无所谓等,在课外表现为主要打架、称王称霸、目中无人、唯我独尊等……对于后进生,我们应像园丁那样,精心培育每一棵花苗,使他们都能开出鲜艳的花朵。针对其特点,讲求转化的艺术,增强后进生自我转化动力。我觉得应做好如下工作: Post-graduation refers to students whose academic achievements and ideological and ethical standards are poor.
