目的 评价CT计算气胸后肺脏体积压缩的准确性。方法 ①采用岛津SCT -70 0 0TH全身CT扫描系统对 17个肺脏模型进行扫描 ,利用CT机的面积计算功能计算肺脏模型体积。②肺脏模型的实际体积通过注入水达到标定刻度所需水的容量来计算。结果 肺脏模型实际体积为 ( 2 893 .47± 2 9.2 2 )ml,CT计算值为 2 894.32± 2 8.47。CT的计算值与模型的实际测值无显著性差异 (Ρ >0 .0 5 ) ,两者有高度相关性 (γ =0 .986 0 ,Ρ <0 .0 0 1)。结论 CT能够准确计算肺脏体积 ,是测量气胸患者肺脏压缩程度的准确方法
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of lung volume compression after pneumothorax by computed tomography (CT). Methods ① Shimadzu SCT-70 0TH whole body CT scanning system of 17 lung models were scanned, the use of CT machine area calculation function of lung model volume. ② The actual volume of the lung model is calculated by injecting water into the volume of water needed to calibrate the scale. Results The actual volume of lung model was (2 893 .47 ± 2 9.2 2) ml and the calculated value of CT was 2 894.32 ± 2 8.47. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the calculated value of CT and the actual measurement of the model (γ = 0.986 0, P0.01). Conclusion CT can accurately calculate the lung volume, is an accurate method for measuring the extent of lung compression in patients with pneumothorax
