劳动合同法的实施的确对企业的人力资源管理带来了很多影响。其中有的是对企业有利的,有的是负面的,但同时也对企业人力资源管理工作带来了新的机遇。劳动合同法的意义还在于,企业要想做大做强,并可持续发展,这就必须让企业规范运作,这就需要企业严格依法用工,需要企业致力于完善各项规章制度。只有靠创新制度管人、只有靠激励机制留人,只有靠合法经营吸引人,才能创造一种企业和员工共赢的和谐氛围,才能发展企业自身经济。劳动合同法管理的实施,使我们更进一步认识到,保护劳动者的权益是企业的基本社会责任。以对劳动者平等、尊重为基础所建立起来的稳定、和谐的劳动关系,才是企业长期发展的根本途径。
The implementation of the labor contract law does have a lot of impact on the human resources management of enterprises. Some of them are good for the business and some are negative, but they also bring new opportunities to the human resource management of the enterprise. The significance of the Labor Contract Law lies in the fact that in order for enterprises to become bigger and stronger and to achieve sustainable development, they must standardize their operations. This requires enterprises to work strictly in accordance with the law and requires enterprises to devote themselves to improving various rules and regulations. Only by relying on the innovation system to manage people can only create a harmonious atmosphere of win-win business and staff cooperation, and only by relying on the incentive mechanism to retain people can only develop their own economy if they are attracted by legitimate business operations. The implementation of the labor contract law management enables us to further recognize that protecting the rights and interests of workers is the basic social responsibility of enterprises. To establish a stable and harmonious labor relations based on equality and respect for workers is the fundamental way for the long-term development of enterprises.
