针对目前非刚性轴加工中存在的问题,提出了非刚性轴新的含义及切削过程中非刚性轴机电力动力学模型,分析了切削过程中动态工艺系统的稳定性条件,并引入计算实例进行计算,结果表明工艺系统刚度平衡是提高轴类零件加工精度的重要途径。
Aiming at the existing problems in non-rigid shaft machining, a new meaning of non-rigid shaft and the dynamic model of non-rigid shaft machine during cutting are put forward. The stability conditions of dynamic process system during cutting are analyzed, and the calculation examples are introduced The results show that the stiffness balance of the process system is an important way to improve the machining accuracy of shaft parts.
