过去我们使用的吊桶提升滑架稳绳缓冲器和滑套夹是按《煤矿凿井专用设备施工图册》图纸加工的,这种稳绳缓冲器加工比较复杂,滑架落在稳绳缓冲器上时撞击声大,且封闭式壳体内的圆柱压缩螺旋弹簧易折断而失去缓冲作用。滑架存在的缺点是,滑套夹是用4只M14螺栓固定在滑架体上的,更换滑套比较费时。为此我们对滑架稳绳缓冲器和滑套夹作了一些改进。 一、滑架稳绳缓冲器的改进 借用注浆工程所使用止浆塞的胶质套代替原圆柱压缩螺旋弹簧。胶质套高200毫米,外径110毫米、孔径54毫米,其材质性能指标:
