目的:优选复方丹参片中丹参的微波提取最佳工艺,并与丹参传统提取方法比较。方法:以综合指数为指标,采用单因素和正交实验设计对丹参微波提取的工艺条件进行优化,丹参水提物以丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸的综合指数为考察指标,丹参醇提物以丹参酮IIA、丹参酮I、隐丹参酮的综合指数为考察指标。结果:丹参微波95%醇提最佳工艺:微波功率600 W、提取时间25 min、固液比1:8;丹参微波50%醇提最佳工艺:微波功率600 W、提取时间25 min、固液比1:12;丹参微波水提最佳工艺:微波功率600 W、提取时间25 min、固液比1:12。结论:丹参微波提取相对于传统提取方法更为简单,效率更高,在工业化生产中具有较大的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the microwave extraction technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Compound Danshen Tablets and to compare with the traditional extraction method of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The comprehensive index was used as an index to optimize the microwave extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by single factor and orthogonal experimental design. The water extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge was taken as the index of comprehensive index of salvianolic acid B and rosmarinic acid, Tanshinone IIA, tanshinone I, cryptotanshinone comprehensive index as the index. Results: The optimum conditions of 95% ethanol extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza were microwave power of 600 W, extraction time of 25 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1: 8. The optimum conditions were as follows: microwave power of 600 W, extraction time of 25 min, Liquid ratio 1:12; Salvia microwave water extraction best technology: microwave power 600 W, extraction time 25 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:12. Conclusion: Microwave extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza is more simple and more efficient than the traditional extraction method, which has great value in industrial production.
