在水溶液中,以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为前驱体,氢氧化钠为催化剂,通过一步溶胶-凝胶法合成了粒径可控、单分散的聚甲基倍半硅氧烷(PMSQ)球形粒子。研究结果表明,升高反应温度和增加氢氧化钠用量,PMSQ粒子的平均粒径均呈递减趋势;由PMSQ粒子铺展成的薄膜呈现出优异的疏水性,其与水的接触角为151.4°;将PMSQ粒子添加至丙烯酸树脂分散体系中,可将由其构成的涂层从常规的亲水性质转变成疏水性,且表面形成微纳米阶层结构。
