通过使用两种不同的含氧化钙高铝水泥,对预合成和原位尖晶石高铝浇注料进行了研究。通过传统工艺,采用0.29的分配系数在110℃、900℃和1 500℃下进行热处理,对浇注料的组成做了研究。试验发现了原位尖晶石组成的试样密度和强度值略有下降,浇注料在约900℃时开始形成尖晶石,接近1 500℃时尖晶石形成结束。
Pre-synthesized and in situ spinel aluminous castables were investigated by using two different calcium-alumina-containing high-alumina cements. The composition of the castable was studied by conventional techniques, using a 0.29 partition coefficient for heat treatment at 110 ° C, 900 ° C and 1 500 ° C. It was found that the density and strength of the spinel in situ samples decreased slightly. The spherules started to form spinel at about 900 ℃. When the spinel was formed near 1500 ℃, the formation of spinel was completed.
