大型制造企业的生产计划与控制管理是一项复杂的系统工程。生产资源管理系统作为生产计划与控制管理的重要技术手段,逐渐成为目前工业化与信息化融合的研究重点。本文根据企业对工业化、信息化融合发展的需求,设计并实现了制造企业生产资源管理系统。首先对企业生产管理的业务场景和功能要求进行了调研,论证了生产资源管理系统在企业生产过程中的重要性,归纳了包括工装工具管理、设备管理、台帐管理等在内的功能要点,并以此为基础从软件工程的角度进行了详尽的需求分析,针对需求提出了包含工装管理子系统,设备管理子系统等组件在内的整体设计方案,最后综合J2EE、WEB等多种开发技术对系统进行了实现,软件测试表明系统满足了企业自身实际需求系统结构功能开发合理,尤其对制造资源的全生命周期管理和其它业务系统的全面集成方面达到了预期目标,并且具备了一定的先进性、实用性和安全性。
Production planning and control management of large manufacturing enterprises is a complicated systematic project. As an important technical measure of production planning and control management, production resource management system has gradually become the research focus of industrialization and information integration. This paper designs and realizes the production resource management system of manufacturing enterprises according to the demand of enterprises for the industrialization and information integration. Firstly, the business scene and functional requirements of production management were investigated. The importance of production resource management system in the production process of the enterprise was demonstrated. The main points of function including tooling management, equipment management and account management were summed up. And based on this, a detailed requirement analysis is carried out from the perspective of software engineering. According to the requirements, the overall design scheme including tooling management subsystem, equipment management subsystem and other components is put forward. Finally, various development technologies such as J2EE and WEB The system has been realized. Software testing shows that the system meets the actual needs of the enterprise. The system structure and function have been developed reasonably. In particular, the system has achieved the expected goals of full lifecycle management of manufacturing resources and other business systems and has certain advanced Sexuality, practicality and safety.
