目的:建立同时测定妇康片中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用Phenomsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(17∶83)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长230 nm。结果:芍药苷在9.3~74.4 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率98.47%,RSD 1.34%。阿魏酸在5.2~41.6 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率97.96%,RSD 1.44%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于妇康片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Fukang Tablets. Method: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (17:83) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 on a Phenomsil C18 column with a detection wavelength of 230 nm. Results: Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 6) at 9.3-74.4 mg · L-1 with an average recovery of 98.47% and a RSD of 1.34%. Ferulic acid showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 5) at 5.2 ~ 41.6 mg · L-1 with an average recovery of 97.96% and a RSD of 1.44%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Fukang tablets.
