近年来,压缩天然气(CNG)加气站在全国得到了很快的发展。全国天然气主产区如自贡、重庆等地.在很短的时间内建设了一批天然气加气站,其储存天然气的设备大多采用了地下储气井结构。储气井的设计和制造源自石油钻井工艺,在借鉴输油井管的基础上改造而来。储气井的井身由直径177.8mm到244.5mm的储气井专用套管通过螺纹和卡箍连接而成,长度从lOOm到250m不等。整体结构由下封头、套管和上端盖组合而成,其井身约有98%埋于地下,形成储存压缩天然气的单壁井筒式压力容器。
In recent years, compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling stations in the country has been rapid development. The major natural gas producing areas in China such as Zigong and Chongqing built a number of natural gas refueling stations in a very short period of time, most of which used underground gas storage well structures to store natural gas. The design and manufacture of gas storage wells originated from the oil drilling technology, which is based on the reference of oil well pipe. The wellbore of the gas storage well is formed by the connection of the special casing for gas storage wells with the diameters of 177.8mm to 244.5mm through the threads and the clamps, and the length ranges from 100m to 250m. The overall structure consists of a combination of a lower head, a casing and an upper end cap. About 98% of its wellbore is buried underground to form a single-wall wellbore pressure vessel for storing compressed natural gas.
