课后反思,顾名思义,就是对刚刚结束的一堂课的成功与不足进行反思,一般更侧重于后者。应该说,一堂课如果没有课后反思,就不是完整的一堂课。所以,做好每一节课的课后反思是教师的一项不可或缺的工作环节,使教师工作的一部分。新课程的实施,无论在课程结构,教学目标,教材内容,学习方式等方面都有全新的要求,这对教师的教学能力有了全新的,更高的要求。教师的教学能力的提高应该是一个螺旋上升的过程,而课后反思则是这一过程的支撑点,并为其提供动力。
Reflections after class, as the name suggests, is to reflect on the success and insufficiency of a class that has just ended, and generally focus more on the latter. It should be said that if a lesson without class reflection, it is not a complete lesson. Therefore, to do a good job in every lesson after class reflection is an integral part of the teacher’s job. The implementation of the new curriculum has new requirements in terms of curriculum structure, teaching objectives, contents of teaching materials and learning methods, which have new and higher requirements for the teaching ability of teachers. The improvement of teachers’ teaching ability should be a process of spiraling up, and the reflection after class is the supporting point of this process and providing motivation for them.
