课后反思,顾名思义,就是对刚刚结束的一堂课的成功与不足进行反思,一般更侧重于后者。应该说,一堂课如果没有课后反思,就不是完整的一堂课。所以,做好每一节课的课后反思是教师的一项不可或缺的工作环节,使教师工作的一部分。新课程的实施,无论在课程结构,教学目标,教材内容,学习方式等方面都有全新的要求,这对教师的教学能力有了全新的,更高的要求。教师的教学能力的提高应该是一个螺旋上升的过程,而课后反思则是这一过程的支撑点,并为其提供动力。 Reflections after class, as the name suggests, is to reflect on the success and insufficiency of a class that has just ended, and generally focus more on the latter.
