“水土保持”一词对防治水土流失、保护和合理利用水土资源、发展生产起到了重要作用,但是这个深入人心的名词在实践中却屡屡被人误解,造成了术语混淆、城市水土保持工作艰难徘徊、建设项目中滥用硬覆盖、盲目引进外来先锋植物等不良局面。从水土保持发展的实际出发,论证了“水土生态保持”提出的必要性,并对其基本内涵和重要作用进行了进一步的探讨。 The term “soil and water conservation ” plays an important role in preventing and controlling soil and water loss, protecting and using water and soil resources rationally, and developing production.
