近年来我国水产养殖业的病害频发,养殖环境的日趋恶化,以及抗生素的滥用与诸多负面影响,严重困扰了我国水产养殖业的长足发展。而且人们对于安全水产品的呼声,也促进了许多安全高效添加剂的研制和应用。根据微生态理论研究开发的微生态饲料添加剂,如益生素、益生元及合生元等,能够促进水产动物生长,提高饵料利用率,增强免疫机能,降低死亡率等。因此,这些微生态制剂将是抗生素的理想替代品,具有广阔的发展和应用前景。
In recent years, aquatic aquaculture industry in China has seriously hampered the rapid development of aquaculture in China due to the frequent occurrence of diseases, the deteriorating farming environment, the abuse of antibiotics and many other negative impacts. And people’s call for safe aquatic products, but also promoted the development and application of many safe and efficient additives. Microbial feed additives, such as probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics developed according to the theory of microecology, can promote the growth of aquatic animals, improve the utilization of food, enhance the immune function and reduce the mortality rate. Therefore, these probiotics will be an ideal substitute for antibiotics, with a broad development and application prospects.
