目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素微乳中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(50∶50),流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长372 nm,柱温25℃。结果:槲皮素在11.8~118.0μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.69%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、便捷、重复性好,可用于槲皮素微乳的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in quercetin microemulsion by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column was Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 Wavelength 372 nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: Quercetin showed good linearity (r = 0.999 7) in the range of 11.8-118.0 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 97.6% and a RSD of 1.69% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is accurate, convenient and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of quercetin microemulsion.
