基于群体动力理论的分析视角,班级内部同时存在着正式群体和非正式群体,班级成员在这两种群体中承担着各自不同的角色。为了充分发挥正式群体和非正式群体在班级管理中的积极作用,本文尝试建构一种适用于中学的“小组轮流制”班级管理模式。并结合具体的实践经验,从“建立常任制的班级群体”、“建立多种兴趣小组”、“加强班级文化建设”等方面加以完善。
Based on the analysis perspective of group dynamic theory, there are both formal and informal groups within the class, and the class members assume different roles in these two groups. In order to give full play to the active role of formal groups and informal groups in class management, this paper attempts to construct a “group rotation” class management model suitable for middle schools. In combination with specific practical experience, it will be improved from the aspects of “establishing a permanent system of class groups,” “establishing a variety of interest groups,” and “strengthening class culture construction.”
