高绩效工作系统是西方人力资源学术界在20世纪90年代提出的一个新概念。进入21世纪,高绩效工作系统的研究成果逐渐被引进中国,并在中国人力资源理论界掀起了探索的热潮。一些中外合资企业、高科技企业、部分国有企业、上市公司开始尝试运用高绩效工作系统理论提高人力资源管理水平,促进企业高绩效的实现。但是,多数中国企业对高绩效工作系统并不那么了解,更谈不上应用。因此,本期圆桌嘉宾将探讨如何在中国企业构建和应用高绩效工作系统。
The high-performance work system is a new concept put forward by Western human resources academics in the 1990s. In the 21st century, the research results of the system of high-performance work have gradually been introduced into China, and an upsurge of exploration has been set in the field of human resources theory in China. Some Sino-foreign joint ventures, high-tech enterprises, some state-owned enterprises and listed companies have begun to try to improve the level of human resources management by using the theory of high-performance work systems to promote the realization of high-performance enterprises. However, most Chinese enterprises do not know much about high performance work systems, let alone applications. Therefore, this roundtable guests will discuss how to build and apply high performance work systems in Chinese enterprises.
