每个班主任都会遇到问题学生,笔者在今年的班级工作中遇到了这样一个问题学生:纪××,16岁,父亲是长途货运司机,家中有家庭主妇的母亲和上初三的弟弟。母亲文化程度低,爱唠叨,爱管每一件事,该生很反感,后来发展到与母亲吵架的地步。据了解,该生初中时由于在课堂爱说话,多次被老师批评,自制能力差,以插班生进入我班,脾气急躁,情绪易激动,爱出风头,爱发表见解。我通过与纪××谈话以及周围同学对其的了解,全面掌握其个性品质、兴趣、爱好、家庭教育后,结合近期在班内
