瘤型麻风患者除了有针对麻风菌的特异性细胞免疫缺陷外,部分患者对其他抗原的迟发型变态反应也有下降。结核样型麻风患者的细胞免疫反应亦有所抑制,但不及瘤型严重及常见。本文探讨瘤型患者周围血淋巴细胞中 T 细胞和 B 细胞的百分率及淋巴结切片中 T 和 B 细胞的分布情况。根据与羊(?)细胞(简称 E)形成花瓣反应的方法确定 T 细胞,与经抗体和补体(C_3)处理过的人红细胞(简称HEAC)形成花瓣反应的方法确定 B 细胞。选择36名纯瘤型(LL)患者为检查对象,并以30名健康成年人作对照。结果发现对照组 T 细胞的平均百分率是30.4±8.8,B 细胞是18.4±5.4,瘤型患者分别为25.2±10.0及15.1±6.5,t 值分别为2.220及
In addition to the specific leukocyte immunodeficiency against leprosy in patients with leprosy, some patients also have decreased delayed type allergy to other antigens. Tuberculosis-like leprosy patients also inhibited the cellular immune response, but not as severe and common tumor. This article explores the percentage of T cells and B cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes and the distribution of T and B cells in lymph node sections of tumorous patients. According to the method of forming petal reaction with sheep (?) Cells (abbreviated as E), the T cells were identified and the B cells were confirmed by forming a petal reaction with antibody and complement (C_3) treated human erythrocytes (HEAC).
