目的 :研究 c- myc基因在异种移植超急性排斥反应时的表达及功能。 方法 :应用离体大鼠心脏人血浆体外灌注的异种移植超急性排斥反应模型 ,同时应用分子原位杂交技术进行 c- myc基因信使核糖核酸 (m RNA)在超急性排斥反应中的表达及细胞定位。 结果 :超急性排斥反应后 c- myc基因 m RNA在心脏血管内皮细胞表达升高 ,实验组阳性信号值为 45 0 .0 9± 40 9.99,对照组信号值为 174.40± 5 1.5 0 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 :在异种移植超急性排斥反应中 ,c- myc基因表达升高可能与血管内皮细胞活化有关。
Objective: To study the expression and function of c-myc gene in hyperacute rejection of xenotransplantation. Methods: The rat model of hyperacute rejection induced by extracorporeal perfusion of isolated rat heart blood was used. The expression of c-myc gene messenger RNA (RNAi) in hyperacute rejection was detected by molecular in situ hybridization Positioning. Results: The mRNA expression of c-myc gene in cardiac vascular endothelial cells increased after hyperacute rejection. The positive signal value of the experimental group was 45.0 ± 40 9.99 and the signal value of the control group was 174.40 ± 5 1.5 0 (P < 0 .0 5). Conclusion: In hyperacute rejection of xenotransplantation, the increased c-myc gene expression may be related to the activation of vascular endothelial cells.
