本文从企业生命周期的视角,分析了企业不同发展阶段的人力资源管理特点,提出了完善人力资源管理体系的对策,以期为推动其他企业的发展提供参考。
From the perspective of enterprise life cycle, this paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources management in different stages of the company’s development and proposes countermeasures to improve the human resources management system in order to provide reference for the development of other companies.
