分析了基于知识的故障诊断,针对现有系统不能主动将知识在适当的时候传递给决策者的缺点,提出了一种基于知识管理的、以数据流驱动的、知识主动推送的故障诊断系统的体系结构,分析了其主要层次结构及知识的组织和管理,提出了以数据流驱动的知识主动推送方式.建立了知识主动推送的控制模型,开发了知识管理和数据流驱动的集成原型系统,并以液体火箭发动机试车台的故障诊断为例,实现了基于知识推送的故障诊断系统,后续实验证明了该方法的有效性.
The fault diagnosis based on knowledge is analyzed.
