通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了人工蝉花孢梗束粗多糖的提取工艺,并通过粗多糖对果蝇寿命、果蝇体内SOD活性及MDA含量的影响研究了粗多糖的活性。试验结果表明:人工蝉花孢梗束粗多糖的最佳提取工艺为液料比20∶1、时间2 h、温度90℃、浸提2次、醇沉乙醇浓度70%、醇沉时间为24 h;在该条件下的粗多糖得率为8.65%。孢梗束粗多糖能明显延长雌雄果蝇的寿命,延长率分别为18.78%和26.23%;孢梗束粗多糖能显著提高雌雄果蝇的SOD活性,并明显降低了雄性果蝇体内MDA含量,说明人工蝉花孢梗束粗多糖具有抗氧化活性和延长果蝇寿命的作用。
The process of crude polysaccharides extraction from Artemisia foetida was studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The crude polysaccharides activity was studied by the effect of crude polysaccharides on the longevity of flies, SOD activity and MDA content in fruit flies. The results showed that the optimal extraction process of crude polysaccharide from artificial cicadae cepheus was 20: 1, 2 h, 90 ℃, twice extraction, alcohol concentration of 70% and alcohol precipitation time of 24 h; The yield of crude polysaccharide under this condition was 8.65%. Polysaccharides of spore bundle could prolong the lifespan of male and female flies by 18.78% and 26.23%, respectively. Polysaccharide of spore and stem cells could significantly increase the SOD activity of male and female flies and significantly reduce the content of MDA in male flies, The results indicated that the crude polysaccharide of Cicadae cepacia had antioxidant activity and prolonged lifespan of Drosophila melanogaster.
