目的:观察消旋卡多曲联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:选择2008～2010年秋冬季我科就诊的秋季腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,均给予蒙脱石散保留灌肠等对症治疗,观察组加用消旋卡多曲颗粒口服。治疗3 d比较两组疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.3%和80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消旋卡多曲联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠能提高小儿秋季腹泻疗效,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of racecadotril combined with montmorillonite saponin in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods: Children with autumnal diarrhea treated in our department from autumn to winter in 2008-2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group were given symptomatic treatment with montmorillonite powder retention enema. The observation group was treated with racemization card Du Qu particles orally. After 3 days of treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.3% and 80.0%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of racecadotril and montmorillonite can improve the efficacy of pediatric autumnal diarrhea, which is safe and worthy of clinical application.
