BT生物制剂的活性成分是苏云金杆芽孢和伴孢晶休,为高效无公害微生物杀虫剂。其晶体蛋白被敏感幼虫取食后,破坏细胞膜透性,导致肠道麻痹、拒食,直至饥饿死亡。经过试验,BT生物制剂对棉铃虫有较好的杀虫效果。现将试验报告如下: 一、材料与方法 1、供试药剂 (1)BT 1:500倍液100A/666.7米~2。 (2)BT 1:800倍液65克/666.7米~2。 (3)BT 1:1200倍液40克/666.7米~2。 2、处理 试验前茬棉花,水肥条件中上等,棉花长势良好,棉铃虫重发生,已超过防治指标。在棉铃虫卵孵化盛期至3龄幼虫前,7月5~10日用喷负式喷雾器常规喷雾,喷药量50公斤/666.7米~2全株喷雾,均匀周到。
