当前,基础教育如何开展创新人才早期培育的实验,探究具有我国特点的创新人才早期培育基本规律,已成为一个艰巨而紧迫的课题。上海中学的经验值得借鉴。其在具体操作时关注四个方面八个核心内容:激活有潜质学生的内动力(社会责任与思想境界、兴趣与潜能的匹配),养成创新思维(思维的批判性与深刻性、跳跃性与缜密性),孕育创新人格(钻研与痴迷、坚忍性),基于兴趣聚焦领域的发展指向性领域(个性化的知识构成、基于一定领域发展的可持续性)。开展创新人才早期培育的实验需要对教育公平进行新的思考,认真应对挑战,推进高中多样化发展。
At present, it has become an arduous and pressing issue for elementary education how to carry out the experiments of early cultivation of innovative talents and to explore the basic rules of early cultivation of innovative talents with Chinese characteristics. Shanghai high school experience is worth learning. In its concrete operation, it pays attention to eight core contents in four aspects: activation of internal motivation (social responsibility and ideological realm, interest and potential match) of potential students and development of innovative thinking (critical and profound thinking, leaping And meticulousness), nurturing innovative personality (study and obsession, perseverance), and focusing on areas of interest (personalized knowledge composition, based on the sustainability of certain areas of development) based on the areas of interest. Carrying out the experiment of cultivating innovative talents in the early stages needs new thinking on educational equity, earnestly meeting the challenges and promoting the diversification of senior high schools.
