将原始数据减去各试点均值后形成的数据集中只含基因型主效 G和基因型与环境互作效应 GE,合称 GGE。对 GGE做单值分解 ,以第一和第二主成分近似 ,按第一和第二主成分值将所有品种和试点绘于同一平面图即形成GGE双标图。以其分析我国春麦区 10个试点 2 0个品种淀粉糊化特性的峰值粘度 ,结果表明铁春 1号在大部分试点峰值粘度表现较好 ,其次为晋春 9号 ,而宁作 17表现最差 ,且不稳定。哈尔滨试点具有较高的淀粉峰值粘度 ,可用于筛选品种的淀粉品质及其稳定性。
The original dataset minus the average of each pilot dataset contains only the major genotype G and the interaction between genotype and environment GE, collectively known as GGE. For the GGE single value decomposition, the first and second principal component approximation, according to the first and second principal component values of all varieties and pilot painted in the same plan that the formation of GGE double plot. The peak viscosity of gelatinization characteristics of 20 cultivars in 10 pilot cultivars in Chunmai district of China was analyzed. The results showed that the peak viscosity of Tiechun 1 was better than that of Jinchun 9 at most of the pilot plots and the lowest at Ningzuo 17 Poor, unstable. Harbin pilot has a high peak starch viscosity, can be used to screen varieties of starch quality and stability.
