没有教师的发展就没有课程的发展,教师专业化发展关乎课程改革的进程与成效。我国教师资源分配不均衡,边远地区教师学历水平偏低,存在着知识结构老化、专业素养不高,制约着新课程改革的进程。针对东北边远地区语文教师专业素养缺失状况做了调查分析,并提出解决的路径(树立自我发展的意识,创建和谐的人文环境,提供开放的专业成长氛围)。
Without the development of teachers, there is no development of the curriculum. The development of teachers’ specialization is related to the progress and effectiveness of the curriculum reform. The unbalanced distribution of teacher resources in our country, the low level of education of teachers in remote areas, the aging of knowledge structure and lack of professional accomplishment restrict the process of the new curriculum reform. Aiming at the lack of professional knowledge of language teachers in remote areas of northeast China, this paper makes a survey and analysis and puts forward some solutions to them (establishing the awareness of self-development, creating a harmonious humanistic environment and providing an open professional growth atmosphere).
