近年来,中小企业之间的竞争变得愈来愈激烈,而竞争的核心正是人才之间的竞争。鉴于企业组织的逐步网络化和扁平化,企业人力资源管理也在逐步发生新变化,特别是人力资源培训必然将成为中小企业提升竞争力的重要方式。本文阐述了中小企业实施人力资源培训的必要性,分析了中小企业人力资源培训中存在的问题,并提出了构建中小企业人力资源培训模式的对策。
In recent years, the competition among SMEs has become fiercer and fiercer, and the core of competition is precisely the competition among talents. In view of the gradual networking and flattening of enterprise organizations, new changes have taken place in the human resources management of enterprises. In particular, human resources training will inevitably become an important way for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. This article elaborates the necessity of training human resource in small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in human resources training of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures to construct human resources training mode in small and medium-sized enterprises.
