按文献所述的方法合成了聚醚氨酯/聚氯乙烯(PU/PVC)半-IPN村料。对该村料的DSC分析结果表明:在PU/PVC IPN中,PU硬段与PVC链间存在着较强的相互作用;这种相互作用与PU的氨酯基浓度([—NHCOO—])、PU/PVC配比等因素有关。通过形成IPN,PVC的耐热性也得到了显著改善。
Polyether urethane / polyvinyl chloride (PU / PVC) semi-IPN village material was synthesized according to the method described in the literature. The results of DSC analysis showed that there was a strong interaction between PU hard segment and PVC chain in PU / PVC IPN. The interaction between PU hard segment and PVC chain ([-NHCOO-]) , PU / PVC ratio and other factors. By forming IPN, the heat resistance of PVC has also been significantly improved.
