华润与万科是我国房地产业的两大巨头。两者联姻失败给我们带来更多的思考 :( 1)两者联姻失败的主要原因是投资理念不同、制度缺陷、利益分配不均和企业文化差异 ;( 2 )分析华润、万科的优势和劣势 ,与购并相比 ,动态企业战略联盟是目前中国房地产业实现规模化的更为适合的企业间合作方式。
China Resources and Vanke are the two giants in China’s real estate industry. The failure of the marriage between the two brought us more thought: (1) The main reason for the failure of the marriage between the two was the different investment concepts, institutional defects, inequitable distribution of interests and corporate culture differences; (2) analysis of China Resources, Vanke’s advantages and Disadvantages, compared with the mergers and acquisitions, dynamic business strategic alliances is now more suitable for large-scale real estate industry in China to achieve cooperation between enterprises.
