社会在面向现代经济发展时,尤其是在全球化经济时代到来的今天,现代企业的竞争核心是对优秀人才进行合理分配、管理。但在现今企业发展中,出现了有关人力资源的配置、管理问题。只有对人力资源进行有效、合理配置与整合,才能使企业得以持续性发展,并切实解决当前人才资源分配、管理问题。与此同时,企业得到了对人力分配进行优化的保障,促进企业得到更稳定、持续发展。
When society faces the development of modern economy, especially in the era of globalized economy, the core of competition of modern enterprises is the rational distribution and management of outstanding talents. However, in today’s business development, there have been problems concerning the allocation and management of human resources. Only by effectively, rationally allocating and integrating human resources can enterprises be able to sustain their development and effectively solve the current problem of resource allocation and management of human resources. In the meantime, enterprises have been guaranteed the optimization of the distribution of manpower so as to promote a more stable and sustainable development of the enterprises.
