我国如今已经从计划经济体系转化社会主义市场经济体系,随着我国企业不断增多,人才的竞争也愈演愈烈。一个企业能够生存、发展最重要的因素就是人,而社会保险作为企业员工福利,逐渐在各个企业中开始普及,同样也是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。本文重点探究社会保险在人力资源管理中的作用,以及提出如今社会保险在人力资源中存在的问题和解决对策。
Our country now has transformed from a planned economy into a socialist market economy. As the number of enterprises in our country continues to increase, the competition for talent has also become increasingly fierce. The most important factor that an enterprise can survive and develop is people. Social insurance, as an employee benefit, has gradually started to popularize in various enterprises and is also an important part of human resource management. This article focuses on the role of social insurance in human resource management and the current problems and countermeasures of social insurance in human resources.
