附红细胞体病 (eperythrogoonosis)是由附红细胞体感染机体而引起的人畜共患传染病。按其主要特征应属于血液病。附红细胞体 (eperythrozoon简称附红体 )是寄生于红细胞表面、血浆及骨髓中的一群微生物。目前国际上广泛采用 1984年版《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》进行分类 ,将附红体列为立克次体目 (Rickettsiaies)、无形体科(Anoplasm ataceae)、血虫体属也称附红细胞体属 (Eperythrozoon)。在不同动物中寄生的附红体各有其名 ,实际上是种名 ,如锦羊附红体 (E.ouis)、温氏血虫体 (E.wenyoni)、猪附红体 (E.suis)、牛附红体 ) E.teganodes)、人附红体 (E.humanus)等。迄今已发现和命名的附红体有 14种。目前已有 30多个国家和地区报告了动物及家畜附红体感染。由于附红体病的传播之广及其对畜牧经济所造成的危害之大 ,越来越引起全世界畜牧兽医界、外贸检疫界的重视。这种人畜共患传染性疾病 ,对人体的危害已逐渐引起医学界注意。
Eperythrohoonosis is a zoonotic infection caused by the infection of the body with Eperythrozoon. According to its main features should belong to blood disease. Eperythrozoon (Eperythrozoon referred to as attached red body) is parasitic on the surface of red blood cells, plasma and bone marrow in a group of microorganisms. Currently, the 1984 edition of “Berger Bacterial Identification Manual” is widely used in the world to classify the red bodies as Rickettsiaies, Anoplasm ataceae, (Eperythrozoon). In different animals parasitic red body have their own names, in fact, is the kind of name, such as Jin sheep attached to the red body (E.ouis), Wenwai blood body (E.wenyoni), pig attached to red body (E. suis), bovine red body) E.teganodes), human red body (E.humanus) and so on. There have been 14 species of red foxes so far discovered and named. At present, more than 30 countries and regions have reported red body infection of animals and livestock. Due to the wide distribution of red body disease and its great harm to the livestock economy, animal husbandry and veterinary circles around the world have drawn more and more attention from the quarantine circles of foreign trade. This zoonotic infectious diseases, the harm to the human body has gradually attracted the medical attention.
