There are two key words in this definition: one is “all” and the other is “special”. Through the former, he incorporated everyday life and social institutions into the category of “culture,” emphasizing the interrelationships of various forms of experience; through the latter, he regarded “culture” as a “system of intentionality,” meaning that all human representations The practice is regarded as “culture”. Because of the popular culture, the critical dimension of the ideology of British cultural studies is also based on it.
