大型国有施工企业面临生产项目众多且分布范围广、作业环境高度流动、人员布局高度分散的特点。如何在劳动力密集的施工企业选拔、培养、打造高素质的人才,成就企业的人才优势,实现企业和谐稳定、可持续发展成为施工企业探讨的热门课题。本文通过介绍中国桥梁事业的佼佼者——中铁大桥局的人力资源管理实践,探讨大型国有施工企业人力资源管理的新思路和新方法。
Large state-owned construction enterprises are faced with a large number of production projects and a wide range of distribution, a highly mobile operating environment, highly dispersed staff layout. How to select, cultivate, build high-quality talents in the labor-intensive construction enterprises, achieve the talent advantages of enterprises, and realize the harmonious, stable and sustainable development of the enterprises become the hot topics to be explored by construction enterprises. This article introduces the new ideas and new methods of human resource management in large state-owned construction enterprises by introducing the human resources management practice of China Railway Bridge Bureau, the leader of China’s bridge industry.
