本文分析了曳引电梯曳引系统稳定运行状态下的力学状态,建立曳引电梯功率守恒的数学模型,通过公式的迭代,计算出曳引电梯的平衡系数,能够实现曳引电梯无载荷的平衡系数检测。电梯的制造厂家通过在控制系统中集成该算法,能够实现任何一台电梯都具有无载荷的平衡系数检测功能,有利于新安装电梯和在用电梯轿厢装修后的平衡系数检测工作。
