利用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对四个萝卜雄性不育系和保持系营养生长期的叶片和生殖生长期的花药进行了过氧化物酶同工酶、细胞色素氧化酶同工酶和脂酶同工酶的分析,结果表明:在生殖生长期,雄性不育系的过氧化物酶同工酶,细胞色素氧化酶同工酶均比其保持系酶带数目多,酶活性强,而且这种差异最早可发生在单核早期,并随着发育的进程不断加强,其保持系则相对稳定。营养生长期这两种同工酶的表现类同。至于脂酶同工酶在生殖生长期和营养生长期的表现都较为复杂。
