幼儿德育一直是幼儿园工作研究的重点。幼儿的道德认知处于他律阶段,惯于服从权威,因此,更要注重发挥教师在幼儿品德素养形成过程中的主导作用,熟练掌握品德教育的基本原则与方法。
Kindergarten moral education has always been the focus of research work. Children’s moral cognition is in the stage of heterodoxy and is subject to authority. Therefore, teachers should pay more attention to giving play to the leading role of teachers in the formation of young children’s morality and mastering the basic principles and methods of moral education.
