目的了解成都市双流区蚊虫密度、季节消长,积累基础数据,为蚊媒疾病防制提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法进行成蚊密度监测。对2011-2015年双流区蚊虫密度监测资料进行分析。结果共计诱捕成蚊5种103 483只,致倦库蚊占总诱捕蚊数84.23%。蚊虫密度15.39只/(灯.h),蚊虫季节消长曲线在6月形成全年最大峰值46.65只/(灯.h),蚊虫雌雄比值最高4.85。农村环境蚊虫密度高于城区,其中牲畜棚蚊密度监测最高34.58只/(灯.h)。结论致倦库蚊是双流区优势蚊种,是对人、畜叮咬和骚扰最多的蚊种;三带喙库蚊等致病蚊种有一定种群数量,可以维持蚊媒疾病低度流行。蚊虫随季节变化表现出农村环境蚊密度高、雌雄蚊比大、传染源存在时,发生蚊媒疾病或局部暴发风险较高,是双流区蚊媒疾控防控工作的重点。
Objective To understand the mosquito density, seasonal fluctuation in Shuangliu District of Chengdu and to accumulate basic data to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods Mosquito lamp method was used to monitor adult mosquito density. The data of mosquito density monitoring in Shuangliu District from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed. Results A total of 103 483 mosquitoes were trapped, and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus accounted for 84.23%. Mosquito density of 15.39 / (lamp.h), mosquito season growth and decline curve in June to form the maximum peak 46.65 / (lamp .h), mosquito male to female ratio up to 4.85. The density of mosquito in rural environment is higher than that in urban areas, of which the mosquito density in livestock sheds is up to 34.58 / (lamp .h). Conclusion Culex quinquefasciatus is the dominant species of mosquito in Shuangliu, and it is the mosquito species that causes the most bites and harassment to humans and animals. The mosquito species such as Culex tritaeniorhynchus have a certain population and can maintain the low prevalence of mosquito-borne diseases. Mosquitoes show seasonal changes in mosquito density in rural areas, male and female mosquito ratio, the presence of sources of infection, the occurrence of mosquito disease or a high risk of local outbreaks, mosquito control Shuangliu disease control focus.
