针对桥梁缆索带包覆层、检测效率低的问题,结合缆索的结构特点和导波检测技术的优点,研制了基于磁致伸缩效应的缆索断丝导波无损检测系统,该系统包括检测传感器、主机和软件等。样索断丝检测实验表明,该系统可实现断丝的有效检测和定位,能检测出截面积损失3.2%的断丝。该系统可应用于现场桥梁的检测,为桥梁的安全运营提供了一种有效的检测手段。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and low detection efficiency of cables and bridges in cable bridges, a nondestructive testing system of cable broken leads based on magnetostriction is developed based on the structural characteristics of the cables and the advantages of guided wave detection. The system includes detection sensors, Host and software. Sample-like broken wire testing experiments show that the system can achieve effective detection and positioning broken wire, can detect a 3.2% loss of cross-sectional area of the broken wire. The system can be applied to the detection of on-site bridges, which provides an effective detection method for the safe operation of bridges.
