对展会主办方而言,展商是展会价值的主要体现,同时也是展会收入的主要来源。为了打造展会的品牌,主办方需要保持展商的质量和数量。作为展会主办方,要想在日益激烈的竞争中获得和保持优势,与忠实展商形成战略伙伴关系无疑是一条重要的出路。本文的目的是帮助展会主办方更好地理解如何与忠实展商形成战略伙伴关系,从而提升忠实展商给展会带来的价值,同时又提高这些展商的参展价值。
For exhibition organizers, exhibitors are the main manifestation of the value of the show, but also the main source of exhibition revenue. In order to create the brand of the exhibition, the organizers need to maintain the quality and quantity of exhibitors. As the organizer of the exhibition, in order to obtain and maintain the advantage in the increasingly fierce competition, it is undoubtedly an important way to form a strategic partnership with faithful exhibitors. The purpose of this article is to help show organizers better understand how to form strategic partnerships with loyal exhibitors so as to enhance the value that loyal exhibitors bring to the show and at the same time enhance the exhibiting value of these exhibitors.
